KBR—Rov Oelking. most recently president of KBR Oil & Gas, has been appointed group president for KBR Hydrocarbons, responsible for the Downstream, Gas Monetization. Oil & Gas and Technology businesses. He succeeds John Roue, who, in anticipation of his June 2012 retirement, will assume the role of executive vice president for KBR Operations.
