Rodney Chae, deputy chief executive of BP, has been named chief executive of BP Chemicals, effective 21 Nov. Chase will succeed Byron Grote, who is also an executive director of BP and has been selected chief financial officer to succeed John Buchanan, who is retiring from the board.
