Electron waveguideY-branch switches have been,fabricated in a GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure. These are controlled by Pt/GaAs Schottky contacts,which were realized by an in-situ electrochemical process. In this paper we describe the fabrication process as well as present results from conductance measurements in the fabricated devices. [References: 8]
