Relativistic Configuration Interaction calculations are reported for Zr III and Nb IV J = 0 --> J = 1 transitions between 4d(2) + 5s(2) and 4d(4f + 5f + 5p + 6p + 7p) + 5s5p levels. Gauge agreements average 3%. Lande g-values are obtained. and the 5s(2) level in Nb IV is repositioned. [References: 22]
