摘要

This test is an overview of literature relevant to the development and modeling211u001eof interactive systems. It is the most comprehensive part of the documentation I 211u001emade during the literature research stage of my PhD project, which should result 211u001ein a modeling framework for interactive systems. More precisely, the scope of 211u001ethis project is natural language, multimodal, and virtual reality systems, and 211u001eways of modeling the dynamics of interaction of such systems for the purpose of 211u001eaiding system development. The topics addressed in this text naturally include 211u001eexisting systems and modeling techniques, but theoretical frameworks and 211u001emethodological issues are also addressed. Short introductions are given to 211u001ecognitive psychology, semiotics, communication models, and HCI. Systems and 211u001estrategies are reviewed, covering the topics multimodality, redundancy and 211u001econfirmation, and ways of modeling dialogue and task structure. Methodological 211u001eissues are reviewed, in particular some methodologies, and strategies for 211u001edesign/implementation and analysis/evaluation. Finally, some conclusions are 211u001egiven, as well as an indication of the directions of my future research.
