HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGALAMAN KERJA DENGANudKUALITAS TES BUATAN GURU PADA MATA PELAJARANudTEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI : Studi Korelasi terhadap Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung
Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang bertitik tolak dari rumusan berikut: (1) Bagaimanakah pengalaman mengajar guru TIK di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung (2) Bagaimanakah kualitas tes buatan guru TIK di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung (3) Apakah ada hubungan antara pengalaman mengajar dengan kualitas tes buatan guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dari SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung. Instrumen angket dan pedoman studi dokumentasi digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s Rank Correlation untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat hubungan kedua variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja dengan kualitas tes buatan guru pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung. Secara khusus dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata skor jawaban responden secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja guru pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung termasuk kategori Tinggi (2) Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata skor jawaban responden secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tes buatan guru pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung termasuk kategori Tinggi (3) Setelah dilakukan penghitungan dan pengujian hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara pengalaman kerja dengan kualitas tes buatan guru pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Infomasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMA Negeri se Kota Bandung adalah Sangat Kuat dengan tingkat probabilitas 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kualitas tes yang dibuat oleh guru.udKata Kunci : Pengalaman Kerja, Kualitas Tes, Buatan Guru, Teknologi Informasi, Komunikasi (TIK) ud ud udThis studies try to answer the problem of research which starts from the research questions: (1) How is the work experience of teachers of ICT in Senior High School on Bandung (2) How does the quality of teacher-made tests of ICT in Senior High School on Bandung (3) Is there a correlation between work experience and the quality of teacher-made tests. The method used in this studies is descriptive correlational. The subjects were 15 teachers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Senior High School on Bandung. Questionnaires and guidelines used documentation study as research data collection tool. Data were analyzed using Spearman's Rank Correlation to determine how the level of relations between the two variables. Based on the research that has been conducted, in general it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between work experience with the quality of teacher-made tests on the subjects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Senior High School on Bandung. In particular it can be concluded that: (1) Based on the average score of respondents as a whole shows that the work experience of teachers on the subjects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in High category (2) Based on the results shows The average overall score of respondents indicate that the quality of teacher-made tests on the subjects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in High category (3) After the counting process and hypothesis testing, the conclution is (it can be concluded that) the relationship between work experience with quality teacher-made tests on the subjects of information and Communication Technology (ICT) in all of Senior High School on Bandung is significant correlation, Very Strong with a probability level of 0.05.
