A battery anti-theft structure for a shared electric scooter, comprising a protection component (2) installed on a vehicle frame (3), a battery component (1) and a mounting component (6) electrically connected to the battery component (1), wherein the mounting component (6) is mounted on the vehicle frame (3); wherein the battery component (1) comprises a battery body (101) and a handle (103); wherein the protective component (2) comprises a protective cover (201) having a U-shaped structure wherein a guide groove (204) for supporting the battery body (101) is formed in the protective cover (201), wherein a mounting through hole (202) is defined on the protective cover (201), wherein a battery lock (4) penetrating through the mounting through hole (202) and a spring pin (5) which penetrates through the protective cover (201) are arranged on the vehicle frame (3), with a battery lock on one side of the battery body (101) (4) receiving release slot (102) is defined; wherein a battery slot (107) is formed on a bottom of the battery body (101), wherein the mounting component (6) has a base (601) fixed to the vehicle frame (3), wherein an upper end of the base (601) is provided with a mounting recess (602) in which a battery plug-in element (605) is arranged in a loose fit with the battery slot (107), and in which the battery lock (4) receiving release slot ( 102) a clasp (108) is arranged in an overlapping fit with a tongue of the battery lock (4), the battery lock (4) being arranged at an angle.
