The useful model relates to personnel training systems for railway transport and can be used for individual training of personnel of locomotive crews to control brakes and safety systems. The device contains a control computer complex with installed software, a trainee's workplace, a visualization device, horizontally positioned touch monitors and vertically positioned touch monitors, forming a control panel corresponding to a genuine control panel. The controls for braking systems and safety devices are connected via an interface with the control computer complex. Structurally, the workplace consists of two parts, on one, permanent, there are touch monitors and a visualization device, and on the other, replaceable, there are controls for braking and safety systems that correspond to the genuine ones for a particular traction rolling stock. The visualization device is made on the basis of a widescreen monitor located vertically above the touch monitors of the control panel to display the track situation.
