The present invention relates to a touchscreen keyboard system, which provides farmers and fishermen information according to a set language, in which a link key is provided in a touchscreen keyboard, and a webpage associated with farmers and fishermen information of a nation or a province corresponding to a language set in a terminal when the link key is selected. According to the present disclosure, the system includes: setting a language and a specific keyboard application in a device manager application; calling the specific keyboard application by finding information on a keyboard, which is preset, as a cursor is focused on a text input window of other activity applications; calling an activity component of the keyboard application when a special key included in the specific keyboard is selected during the editing of a text; obtaining, by the activity component of the keyboard application, obtaining the set language from the device manager, searching for a uniform resource locator (URL) corresponding to an information page of the province or the nation corresponding to the language, and requesting a server; transmitting, by the server, a webpage corresponding to the requested URL; showing, by the activity component of the keyboard application, a web-view; searching for information together with a specific keyboard activity and a webserver; and returning to a keyboard service or to the other application from the keyboard service using a return key or a cancel key.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
