According to the present invention, an explosion pressure prediction method of medium-to-large cell modules comprises: a step (S100) of deriving a profile (SOC-temperature profile) of a temperature generated according to a charged amount (SOC) of the medium-to-large cell module to be predicted (S100); a step (S200) of mounting a small cell inside an explosion pressure measuring device; a step (S300) heating the small cell in the same manner as the SOC-temperature profile derived in step (S100) and overcharging the same until an explosion takes place; a step (S400) of measuring the pressure when the small cell is exploded; and a step (S500) of converting the measured pressure of the small cell to the pressure of the medium-to-large cell module.
