The present invention relates to a smart flowerpot comprising: a body part; a sensor part; a communication part; and a control part, wherein the body part is formed with a space for accommodating soil, the sensor part is configured to sense a growth state of the planted plant, the communication part is configured to communicate with external devices, and the control part controls the communication part to transmit analysis information on the growth state of the plant to an external device based on a sensing signal received from the sensor part, thereby improving the convenience of a user who grows the plant, and providing a new service by a supplier who sells the plant.
