Biosensing platform for simultaneous, multiplexed, high throughput and ultra-sensitiveoptical detection of biomarkers labelled with plasmonic nanoparticles, theplatformbeing provided with a biosensor, a broadband and continuous spectrumilluminationsource, an optical detector for simultaneously capturing spatially resolvedandspectrally resolved the scattering signal of each individual nanoparticle, anautofocussystem and an optical system adapted to collect the scattered signal of thebiosensor'ssurface onto the optical detector, the platform being provided withtranslation means forthe optical system and/or the biosensor, such that the optical system and thebiosensorcan be displaced relative to each other in the three dimensions, and whereintheprocessing means are adapted to: i) simultaneously capture spatially andspectrallyresolved scattering signals from each nanoparticle individually, and ii) toanalyze thesesignals simultaneously with the capture process.
