The invention relates to a gravitational turbine which uses gravitational force to produce, free of charge, mechanical work which is intended for producing electric power almost free of charge, using during operation only groups of levers without short arms, and to a process for manufacturing the same. According to the invention, the turbine comprises some caissons (2) inside of which some weights (3) are moved by some lifting mechanisms (16), by means of some roller blocks (5), a cable (6), along some rails (7), resting on other rollers (8), the weights being anchored to a drum (4) of a toothed wheel, driven by a toothed wheel (4) put into motion by a reduction gear (24) and a motor (25) braking the weights or putting them into motion, maintaining the load centre of the turbine assembly only in the trigonometrical quadrants 1 and 4, so that, due to the permanent eccentricity, the gravitational assembly rotates and, through the second shaft, the mechanical energy produced for free actuates, in the second stage, by means of a toothed wheel, at least one speed multiplier which drives, in the last stage, at least two generators which produce electric power for free. The process for manufacturing the turbine to produce the mechanical energy used for producing electric power, as claimed by the invention, consists in that the gravitational assembly TG.IIS.94.0 uses the same process for achieving permanent eccentricity and operates as follows: a motor (13) puts into reciprocating motion, in both directions, the output shaft of a reduction gear (12), transmitting the rotation to some toothed crowns (10 and 11) which, by means of a cable (5) and some rollers (4), maintain in motion or brake some weights (2), thereby achieving the eccentricity of the gravitational assembly, only in the trigonometric quadrants 1 and 4, which makes the assembly rotate to produce mechanical energy and electric power for free.
