To objectively evaluate leadership ability of an examinee to present it to the examinee.SOLUTION: A leadership ability evaluation system is connected to an examinee terminal via a communication line, makes the examinee terminal display a plurality of questions concerning qualification and skill of leadership on the examinee terminal, comprehensively analyzes leadership ability of the examinee on the basis of a reply from the examinee terminal, and submits obtained analysis results to the examinee terminal. A server device generates a question group consisting of a plurality of questions for analyzing each skill and each qualification from a question database storing a plurality of questions for analyzing skill and qualification, presents it to the examinee terminal, analyzes the reply and evaluates scores for each skill, each qualification, and overall leadership ability of the examinee, each skill, each qualification, and an overall leadership ability to generate an evaluation comment to display it on the examinee terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
