To provide a needleless connector for providing both a fluid pathway and a ventilation pathway in which each pathway has a self-sealing function, both pathways are opened by being connected to a female connector, and both pathways are closed by being separated from the female connector.SOLUTION: A needleless connector of the invention comprises: a body having a fluid pathway, a ventilation pathway, and a male type fitting; a valve which is disposed in the male type fitting and is configured so as to move between a first configuration in which the fluid pathway is closed and a second configuration in which the fluid pathway is opened; and a seal tip which is disposed fixed around the valve, which includes a seal for forming a sliding seal between the valve and the male type fitting, the seal being configured so as to slide along an inner surface of the male type fitting, and separate the fluid pathway from the ventilation pathway in the first and second configurations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
