The present invention relates to a landing guide device for an unmanned aircraft and a method thereof. The objective of the present invention to lead an unmanned aircraft flying to safely land when landing is not possible with a landing gear, while leading the unmanned aircraft to land in the center of a net of a landing guide stand. According to the present invention, the landing guide device includes: a landing guide stand (10) including a net (13) in which an unmanned aircraft (1) can land; a plurality of transmitters (21, 22, 23, 24) guiding the unmanned aircraft to the net (13) of the landing guide stand; a receiver (30) receiving a signal transmitted from the transmitters; and a controller adjusting the flight route for the unmanned aircraft (1) to the net of the landing guide stand by comparing a value obtained through communication between the transmitters and the receiver to a pre-stored reference value. According to the present invention, the method includes: a first step of storing a reference signal for guiding an unmanned aircraft to a safety zone of a landing guide stand in which the unmanned aircraft can land; a second step of transmitting a plurality of signals from the landing guide stand; a third step of receiving the signals transmitted in the second step through a receiver of the unmanned aircraft during the flight of the unmanned aircraft; and a fourth step of correcting the route for the unmanned aircraft by comparing the reference signal stored in the first step and the signals received in the third step.
