PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof torque sensor using seal member for improving the detection accuracy of the torque sensor capable of reducing degradation in detection accuracy in torque detection due to the rigidity of the seal member.;SOLUTION: The torque sensor includes a detection unit provided with a seal member at a predetermined position in a space between a first structure and a second structure constituting the torque sensor. The detection unit is constituted of a detecting part which is fixed to either one of the first structure and the second structure and a detected part fixed to the other one.
