A consolidated management control apparatus (300) is provided with: a business-related information acquisition unit (311); a storage unit (320); an input unit (340); a consolidated management control information generation unit (312); and an output unit (350). The business-related information acquisition unit (311) acquires sales business-related information that includes information comprising actual results and plan information for each product at each sales base within a corporate group, and production business-related information that includes information comprising actual results and plan information for each product at each production base. The storage unit (320) stores these pieces of information. The input unit (340) receives a designation of at least one of each of the sales bases and production bases, and a designation of at least one product handled at the two designated bases. The consolidated management control information generation unit (312) generates consolidated management control information (323) that includes index data indicating the consolidated management states of the two bases for each designated product on the basis of the information stored by the storage unit (320), and outputs this information to the output unit (350).
