The present disclosure is related to an agricultural pesticide from the Eugenia winzerlingii plant extracts to help cover the need that exists in the market of natural alternative products to allow a pest integral control in the agricultural sector. The invention comprises the successive extraction of the dried leaves of Eugenia winzerlingii with ascending polarity organic solvents, as well as its aqueous extraction, producing a non-polar (hexanic) extract, a medium polarity (ethyl acetate) extract and a residual polar extract. These extracts are characterized by showing an efficient control against insects in egg stages, nymph and oviposition inhibition of adults of Bemisia tabaci and settlement inhibition of adults of Myzus persicae. These characteristics make the extracts an ideal alternative for use within an integrated pest management. Likewise, the compounds responsible for the activity of the extracts obtained from said plant are also reported.
