Exercise or stretching apparatus (10) for the extension of rigid calf muscle, caused by drip foot. The training or tensioning apparatus (10) consists of an electric motor (5) which grips a base plate (3) via a pivot point (1), with a vertical rail (9) mounted to the leg at the rear of the base plate. At the top of the vertical rail (9) is another bracket (7) that allows the device (10) to enter and exit. At the same time, the bracket (7) also acts as a fastener (6) for the electric motor (5). The electric motor is controlled by a switch (13). All the electronics receive power from an inverter (12) which converts the voltage from 220 V to 12 V.
