PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid power system that restricts the consumption of the prescribed fuel gas which is a startup fuel while being capable of executing the stable startup in the startup of the hybrid power system having a fuel cell with biogas as fuel material gas.SOLUTION: A control device 70 of a hybrid power system 1 that includes: a SOFC10 with biogas 20 as fuel material gas; a MGT80 which is operated using exhaust fuel material gas which is discharged from the SOFC10; and a concentration meter 21 for measuring the methane concentration in the biogas 20. In a start-up process of the MGT80, when starting, supply of city gas 30 to the MGT80 is started, the supply start time of the biogas 20 supplied to the MGT80, the supply flow rate, and the supply flow rate of the city gas 30 are determined in accordance with the temperature rise rate of the power generation chamber temperature T1 per unit time and the methane concentration in the biogas 20, so as to switch the fuel of the MGT80 from the city gas 30 to the biogas 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
