摘要

The present invention relates to diagnostic biomarkers for anticancer drug resistance for carrying out a selective chemotherapy in tumor patients, and to a diagnostic kit for anticancer drug resistance using the same. In order to investigate changes in expression levels of various genes, the total of 24,331 genes were used to investigate genes which show an increase in expression level by doxorubicin, Taxol, and siSETDB1. As a result of investigating the genes which are upregulated commonly by doxorubicin, Taxol, and siSETDB1, there were 222 genes showing an increase in expression level in the group treated with doxorubicin and Taxol; there were 15 genes showing an increase in expression level in the group treated with Taxol and siSETDB1; and there were 24 genes showing an increase in expression level in the group treated with doxorubicin and siSETDB1. Particularly, there were 9 genes showing an increase in expression level commonly in doxorubicin, Taxol, and siSETDB1, and among those genes, members of carcinogen AP-1 including FosB and Jun were included.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
