The present invention relates to a method for preparing a diet shake product including Stachys japonica. The method includes: a first step of washing Stachys japonica; a second step of preparing a Stachys japonica extract by using the washed Stachys japonica; a third step of preparing powder with the Stachys japonica extract prepared in the second step; a fourth step of preparing a mixed grain powder; and a fifth step of mixing the Stachys japonica extract powder in the third step and the mixed grain powder in the fourth step and inputting additives to prepare a Stachys japonica diet shake product. In addition, the Stachys japonica extract in the second step is extracted from Stachys japonica with hot water. The Stachys japonica extract powder in the third step is prepared by concentrating and drying the Stachys japonica extract. The mixed grain powder in the fourth step includes one or more of barley powder, brown rice flour, black rice flour, rice oats flour, and Coix lacryma-jobi flour. The additives added in the fifth step are one or more of isolated soybean protein powder, indigestible maltodextrin powder, Garcinia cambogia bark extract powder, skimmed milk powder, erythritol powder, and mixed vitamin powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
