Provided is a method for modeling a structure of a coronary artery included in a target image, using a learning-based shape model of the structure of the coronary artery formed based on positions of landmarks from three-dimensional (3D) images. The method includes the steps of: forming the learning-based shape model of the structure of the coronary artery, based on the positions of the landmarks acquired from the three-dimensional (3D) images; receiving the target image; and modeling the artery structure included in the target image, using the shape model.
