The present invention relates to a private security system and, more specifically, to a private security system and a control method thereof in which various kinds of sensors and operating devices are connected to an IP/SIP/IMS camera by wire/wireless. Therefore, in addition to the functions of the IP/SIP/IMS camera capable of capturing an image, information detected by the each sensor is analyzed. The sensor detecting abnormal information pans and tilts a body and a lens of the IP/SIP/IMS camera, thereby widely covering an allowable capture range of one IP/SIP/IMS camera. According to the characteristic of the present invention, the private security system comprises: an image sensor to convert image information sensed through a camera lens into digital image information; a decoder to decode the image information into a video compression type; a camera control unit to transmit the converted image information via a camera network connection unit or to store the converted image information in a camera data storage unit; a camera data storage unit to store the image information and operation information of the camera; an audio data conversion unit to modulate / demodulate audio to transmit analog audio information inputted and outputted through a microphone and a speaker; and a camera power source unit to convert an external power into a DC power according to components of the camera by receiving the external power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
