The present invention relates to a method for preparing Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans), which exhibits fluorescence to respond to a level of PIP3, and searching for a candidate material and a novel gene which exhibit antiaging, anticancer, or antidiabetes activity by using the same. The C. elegans of the present invention is prepared to enable a user to monitor change of a PIP3 level in real time and in an easy manner by using a fluorescence microscope, enables the user to detect a glucose metabolism regulation material in a rapid and accurate manner., and furthermore is expended to contribute to researches for treating various diseases related to aging, cancer, or diabetes.
