The present invention relates to a three-dimensional space modeling method based on geotechnical information and, more specifically, to a method for: selecting a target borehole for collecting information through outlier analysis for multiple boreholes within an investigation target region; generating three-dimensional geotechnical information on the investigation target region through variogram modeling in which boring information of the selected borehole and geophysical exploration data on the investigation target region are integrated; and then generating a three-dimensional model for the investigation target region through spatial interpolation based on the geotechnical information. By reflecting details above, the present invention provides a three-dimensional space modeling method based on geotechnical information, comprising the steps of: (A) selecting a target borehole for collecting information through outlier analysis for multiple boreholes within an investigation target region; (B) generating three-dimensional geotechnical information on the investigation target region through variogram modeling in which boring information of the borehole selected through step (A) and geophysical exploration data on the investigation target region are integrated; and (C) deciding a three-dimensional grid size in consideration of the geotechnical information, establishing a DB in which representative profiles and dynamic properties by cell segmented by the three-dimensional grid are classified, and generating a three-dimensional model for the investigation target region through spatial interpolation based on the DB.
