This invention is a High School and College Education System characterized by its design and focus en the development of Positive Attitude, Decision-Making, and Task Implementation Competencies considered as the most effective and needed competencies in the workplace. It is carried out by the offering of two subjects continuously in the four years of the high school and college courses to develop these competencies; one subject for Primary Competencies and another subject for Decision-Making, and Task Impiementation Competencies. The subjects are characterized by the use of case analyses, exercises and activities on which the target skills are repetitively and continuously applied. The repetitive, continuous and applied characteristics of this education system make the target competencies integrated in the behaviour of the students which become acquired skills making the process as a more effective approach than the present design of high school and college education systems.
