PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation performance evaluation device, thermal insulation performance evaluation system, and thermal insulation performance evaluation method capable of evaluating a thermal insulation effect based on an actual state.;SOLUTION: A thermal insulation performance evaluation device 10 includes: a first housing 12 having an opening; a board 14 having a sticking surface to which an evaluation material is stuck, and arranged in the opening so as to clog the opening of the first housing 12 with the sticking surface facing inside; a second housing 16 having an opening, and arranged to allow the opening to meet the opening of the first housing 12 via the board 14; a heat source 18 that is arranged inside the first housing 12 and where the peak wavelength of a heat wave is within a far-infrared region; and a cooling source arranged inside the second housing 16, and allowing the inner temperature of the second housing 16 to be lower than the outer circumferential temperature.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
