A method of forming the proximal portion of the vascular prosthesis in patients with aneurysms and bundle ascending aorta for reconstructive surgery of the aortic root, consisting of excising only aortic tissue in the sinuses preserving own aortic valve buttons aortic tissue around each of the coronary artery, characterized by that a proximal part of the vascular prosthesis by suturing it in the horizontal direction two yarns 2-0 polyester of purse-string suture type, spaced 3 mm apart, 12 mm departing from the edges of the prosthesis and prosthetic vascular narrowing at the stitched threads on Sizer proper diameter.
