The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a double-layered structure porcelain with basalt from Hantan river, which manufactures a double-layered structure porcelain with basalt by the following steps of crushing basalt sludge so that particles of basalt reaches to a certain range; molding ingredients of clay and basalt in a proper ratio; and plasticizing the same at a certain temperature while treating waste basalt sludge by recycling the same, thereby maintaining strength of porcelain in a certain level without using glaze and blocking harmful effects of glaze while reducing plasticizing temperatures with only one process and leading to reduction of fuel cost, and a porcelain manufactured by the same.
