The present invention relates to a maritime information providing system including a long period wave monitoring function and, more particularly, to a maritime information providing system including a long period wave monitoring function, capable of quickly displaying maritime information event though a display area is wide when an LOD is expressed according to a reduced scale and is outputted on a screen and quickly and accurately warning a user of a long period wave. Also, provided is the maritime information providing system including the long period wave monitoring function capable of quickly displaying the maritime information by selecting a division region by selecting a layer step-by-step according to the change of the reduced scale when the maritime information is checked. The present invention relates to the maritime information providing system including a long period wave monitoring function which includes a measurement information DB, a basic tidal current information map generating unit, a sub tidal current information map generating unit, and an output management unit.
