According to an embodiment of the present invention, the stiffness of a metal-to-metal artificial hip joint used in a hip joint surface replacement is increased to prevent breakage, thereby improving the stability and mobility of the hip joint. In addition, compared to the artificial hip joint used in total hip replacement, the artificial hip joint is formed of a polythene-to-metal joint surface, and abrasive particles are generated and the rigidity is high, thereby preventing the side effects generated in the human body and enhancing the bio-affinity.
