The present invention relates to an artificial hip joint. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the toughness of a metal on metal artificial hip joint used in resurfacing arthroplasty is increased, and accordingly the stability and the workability of the artificial hip joint can be increased. In addition, the artificial hip joint of the present invention has fewer abrasion particles and higher toughness than that of a polyethylene on metal artificial hip joint used in total hip arthroplasty, leading to effects of preventing side effects for human body while increasing biocompatibility.
