The present invention relates to a three-dimensional crystal structure of a complex bound with a polo-like kinase-1 and emi2-derived peptides and, more specifically, to a screening method for screening inhibitor of a polo-like kinase-1 by using the same and also for investigating binding structure of the emi2-derived peptides binding to the polo-like kinase-1. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional crystal structure shows structural characteristics on binding of the polo-like kinase-1 and the emi2-derived peptides, thereby being able to be useful for medicine for contraception by developing compounds specifically binding to the polo-like kinase-1 or by screening a competitive inhibitor for the emi2-derived peptides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
