PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve implementation of an information service without forcing complicated operations to a visitor of a facility, and to allow participation in the information service selectable by each tenant resident in the facility.;SOLUTION: A communication system includes dedicated gateways 1A to 1C each allocated to a tenant and a common gateway 3 connected to the dedicated gateways 1A to 1C through a LAN 4. Upon reception of a customer ID, the common gateway 3 identifies an information service associated with a transmission source and tenants participating in the information service, and then transmits a service request accompanied by the customer ID and a service ID of the information service to the dedicated gateways 1A to 1C allocated to the respective participating tenants. Upon reception of the service request, the dedicated gateways 1A to 1C sends a request to process the information service to devices under control and associated with the service ID specified by the service request, if the customer ID specified by the service request is one of a customer of the own tenant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
