The present invention refers to the determination of the antagonist capacity of metabolites produced by different strains of Aspergillis niger over the growth, sporulation, germination and production of aflatoxins by Aspergillus parasiticus in mixed cultures in PDB, HM and maize grains with different rates of inoculum. This determination was performed by sowing strains of A. niger (KFC001, MAD001, MAD002) in an independent manner and all them with A. parasiticus.
