FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to preventive and psychosomatic medicine, may be used in psychotherapy and psychology. Version 1 of treating psychic traumas involves sessions of following a moving object for 30-50 min with the use of a visual model presented in the form of an element screen moving on a field. The motion is performed in a pre-set order. Trajectories are arranged on three of four quadrants, a quadrant figure separated by horizontal and vertical lines and their diagonals. Treating psychic traumas according version 2 involves sessions of following the moving object for 30-50 min with the use of the visual model presented in the form of the element screen moving on the field. The motion is performed in the pre-set order. Trajectories are arranged on three sides of a perimeter of the quadrant figure, its vertical axis and diagonals. The movable element is contrast with respect to a screen field colour. The screen field is monochrome static or varying with colour transformation.
