PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, apparatus and server, and a fuel consumption comparison method, for promoting the willingness of an ecological drive by a user so as to cause a fuel consumption of a vehicle in a travel zone to virtually compete against the fuel consumption of the other vehicle.;SOLUTION: The system calculates the fuel consumption of the vehicle in the road zone, stores the road zone, a vehicle data and the fuel consumption in the road zone to a memory, generates a fuel-related data based on the vehicle data associated with the road zone and stored in the memory, and the fuel consumption in the road zone, compares the fuel-related data with the fuel consumption, generates comparison results based on the comparison, and outputs the comparison results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
