PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate appropriately setting a region of interest.;SOLUTION: Each of frame images of a motion image is reduced to produce reduced blurred images (1/2 size reduced blurred image and 1/4 size reduced blurred image) (502), the reduced images are enlarged again and combined with the original image (504, 506), and structure candidates are detected from the combined image (508).
