PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preparing easily nanoparticles of gallium nitride (III), even when using a gallium compound other than organic gallium compounds, and to provide a method capable of preparing easily nanoparticles of gallium oxide (III).;SOLUTION: Nanoparticles of gallium nitride (III) are prepared by a method including a complex supporting step for supporting a complex on a substrate surface by applying onto the substrate surface, a solution of a dendrimer-gallium compound complex obtained by allowing a gallium compound to coordinate on a phenyl azomethine dendrimer compound, and a gallium nitride (III) production step for producing nanoparticles of gallium nitride (III) on a substrate from the complex supported on the substrate surface. Nanoparticles of gallium oxide (III) are prepared by a method including the complex supporting step and a gallium oxide (III) production step for producing nanoparticles of gallium oxide (III) on the substrate from the dendrimer-gallium compound complex supported on the substrate surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
