PURPOSE: A server and method for examining a customer satisfaction of a card user are provided to supply all kinds of analysis results based on the collected opinions to users. CONSTITUTION: A card user receives card payment information from a credit card member shop terminal(S60). Based on the card payment information received from the credit card member shop terminal, card user information saved in a database, and member store information, a message is transmitted to a card user terminal(S61). If respond about the content of question is received from the card user terminal, client satisfaction about the card franchise is analyzed based on the respond about the content of questions(S62).
