The invention concerns a haying machine, in particular a hay maker, comprising a frame consisting of a more or less central longitudinal structure and of a transverse structure (3) including lateral parts (7 and 8) which are extensible into a working position and foldable into a transporting position and which are equipped with several curing rotors (13) rotatably mounted on central axes and which comprise tool-holder arms (16) substantially radially oriented. The invention is characterized in that it comprises means for positioning (22) the rotors (13) about their respective central axes when the lateral parts (7 and 8) are folded in transporting position.
