摘要

The invention relates to technology of consumer's demand study for public transport routes namely to automatized passenger traffic flow survey. According to the method in vehicles the equipment is allocated to determine occupancy of vehicle saloon, determination of vehicle location and state etc. The information received from each vehicle is transmitted through a satellite channel and CDMA standard cellular communication to dispatcher center for the communication server and by received information and time of its arrival the operative information database is formed. At the dispatcher center a controller with an intellectual device is established where in the memory there are initial data of routes of each vehicle, admissible and critical deviations of the route and traffic schedule etc., these data are compared with communication server database operational information and in case of their deviation of setting parameters the driver is informed of it and the dispatcher center with use of two-way communication. By means of dispatcher software and with use of operational database information an electronic chart is created In addition on the base of database operational information the tables and diagrams are formed and each vehicle is analyzed with them where all specified information is written, systemizing it by routes and transport types, computer-aided processing research of passenger flow materials are carried and by its results the passenger flow intensity is predicted with account of population mobility. A method to provide reliability and information processing efficiency increase while investigating passenger flows to improve passenger transport control quality in operation mode.
