Scenery imaging device (100), the imaging unit (101) captures a scene image in an arbitrary direction. Dividing unit (102) is divided into a plurality of cells the initial scene image in any direction taken by the imaging unit (101). The calculation unit (103), of an initial scene corresponding to the initial scene image, and calculates the distance to the initial part of the landscape corresponding to the cells divided by the dividing unit (102). The determination unit (104) determines the imaging direction by using the distance calculated by the calculation unit (103).
