PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-static performance evaluation device capable of quantitatively evaluating anti-static performance of an anti-static brush.;SOLUTION: The anti-static performance evaluation device of an anti-static brush evaluates anti-static performance of the anti-static brush and includes: a moving means which is brought into contact with or close to a charged material as an electricity removal object to move the anti-static brush relative to the charged material; a pre-removal surface potential probe which measures a surface potential of the charged material before electricity removal, which is located in front of the anti-static brush, while moving relatively to the charged material so as to lead the anti-static brush; and a post-removal surface potential probe which measures the surface potential of the charged material after electricity removal, which is located at the rear of the anti-static brush, while moving relatively to the charged material so as to follow the anti-static brush.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
