PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building monitoring control system and a building monitoring control method capable of safely, surely and easily configuring and changing collaboration information for collaboratively performing security management and equipment control in a building.SOLUTION: A building monitoring control system 1 comprises: a management information storage section 11; a control area information acquisition section 13; a control object equipment information extraction section 14; and a collaboration information generation section 15. The management information storage section 11 stores positional information on each equipment as equipment information. The control area information acquisition section 13 acquires control area information indicating a control area of the equipment in a room which is an area unit for performing entering/leaving management. The control object equipment information extraction section 14 extracts information on the equipment which has positional information thereon in the control area information. The collaboration information generation section 15 generates collaboration information by associating the extracted information on the equipment with information on the room.
