The sensor (10) has a sensor element (20) embedded into a mold mass (14) i.e. thermosetting polymer. An upper side and a lower side of the sensor element are separated in a pressure-tight manner in a window-shaped aperture (18) by a membrane or film structure embedded in the window-shaped aperture. The membrane or film structure is formed as a deformed plastic film and comprises a recess designed in a spherical or funnel shape. The sensor element is provided with a cavity. A plastic membrane is applied on an upper side of the mold mass.
