Fabrication Method of Volmer-Weber type ZnO Nanorods without seed layer and Volmer-Weber type ZnO Nanorods without seed layer manufactured thereby
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a volmer-weber type zinc oxide nanorod without a seed layer and the volmer-weber type zinc oxide nanorod manufactured therefrom are provided to prevent a collision between electrons inside the seed layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a volmer-weber type zinc oxide nanorod without a seed layer comprises the following steps: forming a volmer-weber type zinc oxide nano crystal on a platinum substrate(10) by an RF sputtering method; and dipping the volmer-weber type zinc oxide nano crystal into a mixed solution containing Zn(NO3)26H2O and NaOH, and heating.
