PURPOSE: A method for preparing pig embryonic stem cell line is provided to optimize culture condition and to obtain a large amount of pig embryonic stem cells.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing pig embryonic stem cell line comprises: a step of culturing pig somatic cells to prepare donor nucleus cells; a step of enucleating the donor nucleus cell to prepare recipient oocytes; a step of transplanting the nucleus of the donor nucleus cell and fusing with the recipient oocytes to prepare a nuclear transfer embryo; a step of culturing the embryo in vitro to form blastocyst; and a step of separating inner cell mass from the blastocyst and culturing in immature state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
